Abigail Rajunov is an author-illustrator from Dallas, Texas. She loves to illustrate fantastical scenes using ordinary subjects, inspired by the natural world, music, and her lovely dachshund, Lady. She has worked with publishers such as Little Bee Books, Kids Can Press, and Levine Querido. Abigail's first book, Ping-Pong Shabbat, was published in September 2024 and has received a Silver Eureka Award for excellence in nonfiction books. Her illustration work has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators and the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. In her spare time, she loves to plein air paint in her sketchbook, play video games with friends, and strum on her guitar.
