Shipping and Fulfillment Time
Because I am a full-time artist, I can only ship out orders on Mondays. Please consider this when you place your order - it will not ship until the following Monday. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. I do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
“My package was lost/stolen!”
Unfortunately, after I ship an order out, it is out of my control. All packages are shipped through the USPS with a tracking number, so any issues regarding lost or stolen packages can be handled through them. I am a one-person business, so I cannot afford to replace your order.
If you accidentally enter the wrong address on your order and it is returned to me, I can offer you a refund depending on the condition of the products (minus shipping costs), or you can pay shipping costs again so I can send it to the correct address.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
I add together the cost of the label + the cost of shipping supplies. Every item I ship also comes with a tracking number, which minimizes the risk of your package getting lost in transit and makes the delivery process much smoother on all ends! Unfortunately, this does make the price of shipping slightly more expensive.
